Definition
The percentage of scored AI answers that name the tracked brand or competitor.
How it is calculated
Only successful results with an answer are eligible. Rates are calculated within each prompt and AI surface cell before they are combined, so every tracked cell carries equal weight.
Where to see it
This metric appears in the refd dashboard and in the no-signup demo, and every value links back to the AI answer it was scored from. A number you cannot trace to an answer cannot be checked, so refd keeps the raw response behind each one.
