> The shape of the question: seeking information, looking for a particular page, researching a purchase, or ready to buy.

## How it is calculated

Declared alongside the funnel stage, and independent of it: a question can be commercial at any stage. Like the stage, it is never inferred from the prompt text, because the distinction between researching a purchase and ready to buy is a judgement about intent rather than a keyword.
